I am happy to look after your clients with mental health problems or alcohol problems either in- or out-patient setting at Cygnet Hospital in Harrogate.
Please send a referral letter or send an email with relevant past medical history. I will respond with a letter after each session with diagnosis (ICD-10 F codes), recommended treatment and information on progress. For in-patients I will provide a discharge letter and if requested weekly progress reports.
